Summer job at Preem

We have approximately 75 summer workers with us every year at our refineries in Gothenburg and Lysekil and at our head office in Stockholm.

Recurring roles are mechanic/pipe fitter, electrician/instrument technician, lab technician, service worker, property manager, environmental assistant, technical assistant, planner, price analyst, logistics assistant, production technician and project assistant.

The application period is normally between January and February each year. When there are summer jobs to apply for the listings are published under vacancies.

If you complete a degree project with us at Preem, we offer a competent and committed supervisor who supports you so that you can complete the work as well as possible.

Internship

As an intern at Preem, you get a unique opportunity to experience what it's like to work in your particular field of interest while getting to know us as an employer.

We offer a number of internships each year, mainly at our refineries in Lysekil and Gothenburg, but also in Stockholm. We accept primary and secondary school students as well as college and university students.

Tekniksprånget

Are you thinking about doing a technical degree, and want to learn more about the possibilities of technology and engineering professions? Tekniksprånget is an initiative on behalf of the Swedish government. Through Tekniksprånget, we at Preem offer you who have graduated from Science or Technology programs the opportunity to try out the job as a technician or engineer during a four-month paid internship.
