Preem AB announces board updates. Richard Öhman is appointed Chairman, succeeding Jason Milazzo, while David Sundin joins the board following Petter Holland’s departure.
Jason Milazzo has decided to step down as Chairman of the Board. He will be succeeded by Richard Öhman, who has served as a Board Member since the company’s founding in 1994.
At the same time, Petter Holland has decided to leave his position as a Board Member. He will be succeeded by David Sundin, currently a Board Member of Corral Petroleum Holdings AB.
The Board and Executive Management warmly welcome David Sundin and congratulate Richard Öhman on his appointment as Chairman. They also extend their sincere gratitude to Jason Milazzo and Petter Holland for their long-standing and invaluable contributions. Their dedication and expertise have played an instrumental role in shaping Preem’s strategic development and in securing the company’s strong position today.
