Welcome to VAROPreem – Important information before your visit or assignment
All visitors and contractors at VAROPreem must comply with our safety procedures and access regulations. This applies whether you are visiting for a study tour, supplier meeting, political visit, or to carry out work at our offices or production facilities. Depending on the purpose of your visit, different requirements apply. Below you will find everything you need to prepare before arrival.
1. For visitors (not performing work)
Visitors are not permitted to carry out any work at VAROPreem’s facilities and must not remain unaccompanied. You must be accompanied at all times by your host.
Before your visit
Your visit must be registered in advance by your VAROPreem host, no later than one day before arrival.
Upon arrival, you must present a valid PRADO-approved ID document to receive your visitor badge.
After your visit
Please return your visitor badge and any issued items (such as keys or gas detectors) to the security desk in reception.
2. For those performing work at VAROPreem
Before any assignment can begin, both the company and the individual must be approved in accordance with our procedures. This includes:
Mandatory training (SSG)
Submission of certificates and proof of employment
Security clearance where applicable
